Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 24, 2026
Last Updated: October 24, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING INTROBY ("THE SERVICE", "WE", "US", OR "OUR"). BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ("USER", "YOU") AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. ACCEPTANCE & MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Introby provides a cloud-based executive career management platform, including a private network CRM, PAR (Problem-Action-Result) proof-of-work portfolio, certification vault, and trackable digital identity link telemetry.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying you via the email associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT SECURITY

  1. Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or use the Service.
  2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, authentication tokens) and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify Introby of any unauthorized access or security breach. Introby will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, & REFUNDS

  1. Soft Launch & Founding Members: Introby is currently free during preview, beta, and soft launch. Users who register during this period receive permanent lifetime free access to all platform features for the life of the platform. Founding Members will never be required to pay or encounter future paywalls. The subscription, renewal, and fee-change provisions below do not override this entitlement.
  2. Future Subscription Model: Paid subscriptions may be offered to users who join after founding enrollment closes. Proposed pricing is $5.00 USD per month or applicable annual billing options. No payments are currently collected. Any paid plan's price and billing terms will be displayed before purchase.
  3. Future Renewal & Payment Processing: If paid subscriptions are introduced, renewal, cancellation, and payment-processing details will be disclosed before purchase. You will be asked to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information to Stripe or our designated payment processor.
  4. Future Refund Policy: For future paid subscriptions, except as required by law, ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Partial-month refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds for unused periods will not be provided. In the event of a documented, platform-wide technical failure rendering the Service completely inaccessible for more than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, Introby may, in its sole discretion, issue a credit or refund capped at a maximum of one (1) month’s subscription fee ($5.00 USD).
  5. Fee Changes: We reserve the right to adjust future subscription pricing upon thirty (30) days' written notice to active paying subscribers. Founding Members remain exempt.

4. USER CONTENT, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, & EMPLOYER NDAS

  1. Ownership of Your Content: You retain full ownership of all data, contact metadata, PAR project details, case study text, files, documents, certifications, images, and videos you upload, store, or transmit through the Service ("User Content").
  2. License to Introby: You grant Introby a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Service to you and to individuals accessing your public or trackable share links (/p/:username or /l/:token).
  3. EMPLOYER CONFIDENTIALITY & NDA WARRANTY (CRITICAL):
    • You explicitly represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, approvals, and permissions to upload, publish, or share any PAR case studies, architecture diagrams, financial metrics, software specifications, media, or project receipts.
    • You warrant that your User Content does NOT violate any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), employment contract, proprietary rights, trade secret laws, or confidentiality obligations owed to current or former employers, clients, or third parties.
    • You assume 100% legal and financial responsibility for ensuring that proprietary or sensitive corporate data is appropriately redacted, anonymized, or excluded prior to publishing on Introby.
  4. Third-Party Contact Data: You warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent or have a lawful basis to record and manage personal contact details (names, emails, phone numbers, notes) within your private CRM.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY & PROHIBITED CONTENT

Introby maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content. You are solely responsible for all images, videos, audio, documents, links, and text that you upload, store, transmit, or share via the Service.

5.1 Prohibited Media, Content, and Activities

Any such content will result in immediate account destruction, permanent IP/identity ban, and mandatory reporting to federal law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  3. Malware, Phishing, & Cyber Threats: Contains computer viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or links pointing to malicious, phishing, or scam domains.
  4. IP & Copyright Infringement: Contains copyrighted photos, videos, media, software code, trade secrets, or confidential documentation without express written authorization from the copyright holder.

  6. Spam & Automated Extraction: Uses Introby's CRM or link generation features to transmit unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM), facilitate cyberstalking, or deploy automated scraping bots.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & EXTERNAL TELEMETRY IMMUNITY

Introby allows users to attach external links to contact cards, PAR project receipts, and portfolio profiles.

  1. No Endorsement or Verification: Introby does not control, verify, audit, screen, or endorse third-party destination websites or links generated by users.
  2. Use at Own Risk: Accessing any external link created by an Introby user is done entirely at the viewing party's own risk.

  3. Expeditious Removal: Upon receipt of a valid notice, Introby will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the affected user. Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.

8. CONTENT MONITORING, REMOVAL, & UNILATERAL TERMINATION

  1. Passive Service Provider: Introby acts as a passive cloud host and is under no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, or audit private user vaults, CRM entries, or uploaded project files.
  2. Unilateral Right to Remove: Introby reserves the absolute, unchallengeable right to review, disable access to, redact, or permanently delete any User Content or external links at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if deemed in violation of these Terms or harmful to platform integrity.
  3. Immediate Account Termination: Any user who violates Section 5 (Prohibited Content) will face immediate account cancellation, forfeiture of all subscription fees, and a permanent ban.

9. LAW ENFORCEMENT & REGULATORY COOPERATION

Introby will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities, court orders, search warrants, and subpoenas investigating illegal activities, cybercrime, CSAM, or intellectual property theft. You acknowledge and agree that Introby may preserve and disclose any account details, access logs, IP addresses, payment histories, and uploaded content to law enforcement without notice to you if required by law or in good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or illegal activity.
